Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Engineer (Roads O&M) to join our team in Doha this role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing road operations and maintenance projects ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of our road infrastructure.
- Develop and implement comprehensive road maintenance plans and schedules
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of road infrastructure to identify maintenance needs
- Analyze data and prepare detailed reports on road conditions maintenance activities and project progress
- Coordinate with contractors suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects
- Manage project budgets timelines and resources effectively
- Implement and monitor traffic management systems during maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with local and international road construction and maintenance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize road operations and maintenance processes
- Stay updated on innovative road maintenance techniques and technologies
- Participate in the development and implementation of road safety initiatives
Qualifications :
- Dipolma in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in roads operations and maintenance projects
- Strong knowledge of road construction and maintenance techniques
- Experience with road infrastructure assessment and maintenance planning
- Understanding of traffic management systems and road safety standards
- Familiarity with local and international road construction and maintenance standards
- Knowledge of Qatars road infrastructure and local regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven time management and organizational skills
