Job Summary
Job Description
Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as onsite. this means the successful candidate to report to the GM office full time.
The Role:
TheProduction Planneris responsible for planning scheduling and coordinating production activities to ensure timely fulfillment of sales and production targets.
What Youll Do:
Develop and maintain production plans and schedules in line with demand forecasts sales requirements and capacity constraints.
Coordinate material availability by aligning production plans with order planning and inventory levels.
Monitor production progress and address potential delays shortages or constraints to minimize disruptions.
Collaborate closely with manufacturing order planning logistics and sales teams to ensure plan feasibility and execution.
Review and manage production backlogs -aged- priorities and changes to ensure on-time delivery.
Support month-end activities and production reporting.
Maintain accurate planning data and master data within ERP systems.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to planning processes efficiency and system optimization.
Your Skills & Abilities ( Required Qualification )
Educational and Experience Background:
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Supply Chain Operations Management or any related field.
23 years of experience in Production Planning Supply Planning or a similar operations role.
Strong understanding of production planning concepts MRP inventory management and supply chain flows.
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP).
Strong analytical coordination and communication skills.
High attention to detail problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
