Job Summary
We are seeking a Remote Travel Support professional to assist clients throughout their travel journey from planning and preparation to post-booking this work-from-home role you will provide reliable guidance manage travel-related requests and help ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities

Support clients remotely via email phone and messaging platforms
- Assist with travel reservations itinerary changes cancellations and special requests
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding destinations travel requirements and internal procedures
- Monitor upcoming trips and proactively communicate with clients as needed
- Resolve inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner to ensure client satisfaction
Ideal Candidate

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in customer service travel hospitality or support roles preferred

Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail

Ability to work independently in a remote home-based environment
