Role Overview
The Store Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the shop including team leadership customer satisfaction financial results and daily operations. This role requires a balance of people leadership accountability and business acumen. You will work closely with service leadership and technicians to ensure the shop runs efficiently profitably and in alignment with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the service and technician teams
- Own shop performance metrics including revenue gross profit and customer satisfaction
- Maintain high Google CSI standards and strong community reputation
- Oversee workflow scheduling and operational execution
- Coach and hold team members accountable to performance and culture standards
- Ensure compliance with company processes safety standards and ethical service practices
- Partner with multi-unit leadership on reporting forecasting and continuous improvement
Compensation
- Total compensation opportunity up to $150000 based on experience and performance
