Position Overview
We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated regional driving position operating throughout the Northeast with hiring focused on drivers living within a 40-minute commute of Baldwinsville NY.
This is a stable year-round opportunity offering consistent miles no-touch freight structured pay and predictable schedules. Drivers will operate on dedicated lanes with drop-and-hook freight and assigned equipment.
Pay & Compensation
- Regional mileage pay: $0.60 CPM
- Average weekly pay: $1500$1700
- Estimated annual earnings: $78000 (W-2; not guaranteed)
- Based on approximately 2500 miles per week
- Stop pay: $6 per stop
- Drop & hook pay: $6 per event
- Detention pay: $17.50 per hour after 1 hour
- Breakdown pay: $17.50 immediately
- Short haul pay (050 RT miles): $15
- Medium short haul pay (51100 RT miles): $20
- Voluntary 6th day premium: $100
- Rotation premium: $50
- $2500 total sign-on bonus
Home Time & Schedule
- Home weekly
- Schedule options: SundayThursday or TuesdaySaturday
- Typical start times: 4:00 AM 7:00 AM
Equipment & Freight
- Assigned sleeper tractors (no slip seating)
- Dry van trailers
- No-touch freight
- Drop & hook operations
- Trucks are staged at drop yards (drivers do not take trucks home)
Operating Area
Regional operation covering the Northeast with additional pay for metro deliveries.
Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Verifiable driving experience required
- Must meet DOT physical and safety requirements
- Must live within a 40-minute commute of Baldwinsville NY (ZIP 13027)
