Job Summary

Were a fast-growing EdTech and IT Managed Service Provider dedicated to transforming the way schools and educational institutions leverage technology. We provide tailored IT solutions cloud services and digital learning tools that empower educators and students alike.

As we continue to expand we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support our finance team and help maintain strong financial operations.

The Role

As a Finance Assistant you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day financial activities ensuring accuracy compliance and efficiency across our finance processes. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career within a fast-paced technology-driven environment.



Key Responsibilities

  • Processing purchase and sales invoices
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Assisting with bank reconciliations and expense processing
  • Supporting monthly management accounts and reporting
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
  • Assisting with payroll preparation and audits (where required)
  • Providing general administrative support to the finance team



About You

  • Previous experience in a finance or accounts assistant role (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software (We currently use Xero)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • A proactive and professional attitude
  • Interest in working within an EdTech / IT services environment
