Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide chat support to customers regarding restoration services offered by Ironside Restoration.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist customers in scheduling appointments and resolving service-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all chat interactions and customer information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery.
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using chat platforms and customer service software.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or chat support role.
- Experience in the restoration or home improvement industry is a plus.
