- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently
- Provide personalized customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Collect and document customer information accurately in the system
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Customer-oriented approach with a high level of professionalism
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service preferably in online chat support
- Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus
