Job Description

This role provides high level administrative support to the Head of North America Claims.

Position Summary:

The Strategic Solutions Senior Associate will serve as a strategic and operational right hand to the Head of North America Claims. This hybrid role combines high-level executive support with strategic coordination and data-driven oversight across a team of senior claims leaders. The ideal candidate is proactive highly organized and capable of managing complex workflows facilitating cross-functional initiatives and driving accountability through data and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

Laison Functions:

< >Act as a liaison between the Head of Claims and senior claims executives to ensure alignment on strategic leadership team meetings including agenda development action tracking and operational cadence through planning cycles performance reviews and strategic initiatives.Data & Performance Tracking:

< >Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs across claims with analytics and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely data trends risks and opportunities through data analysis and present actionable insights.Project & Initiative Management:

< >Lead or support cross-functional projects that advance claims strategy and operational timely execution of initiatives by tracking milestones and coordinating change management efforts and communication planning.Executive Support:

< >Manage complex calendars travel arrangements expenses and meeting logistics for the Head of North America executive-level presentations briefing materials and internal and external stakeholder engagements including board-level interactions.

Qualifications:

< >Proven experience in executive support chief of staff or business operations analytical skills with experience in data visualization and performance communication organizational and interpersonal to manage confidential information with discretion and in Microsoft Office Suite collaboration tools (e.g. Teams Webex SharePoint) and data platforms (e.g. Tableau Power BI).

< >High level of professionalism integrity and discretionExcellent organizational skills including ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently with little to no written and verbal communication skills including demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear concise proficiency in all areas of Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio and Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn new systems.

For this position we currently expect to offer a base salary in the range of $110000.00 to $125000.00 (NY). Your salary offer will be based on an assessment of a variety of factors including your specific experience and work location.

In addition you will be offered competitive target incentive compensation with awards based on overall corporate and individual performance. On top of this you will be eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package which includes medical plans for you and your family health and wellness programs retirement plans tuition reimbursement paid vacation and much more.
