Prácticante administrativo
Responsabilidades principales:
Apoyar en la planeación y ejecución de procesos en los que se incorporan los nuevos ingresos.
Seguimiento coordinación y participación activa en las actividades de engagement and employee experience
Dar seguimiento para que los datos diarios para que los datos de ausentismo rotación y HC se encuentran actualizados de manera continua.
Implementar un proyecto en el que se mida y se realicen plan de acción para reducir la rotación en planta.
Optimización y control de los procesos de transporte
Requisitos:
Estudiante activo de Ingeniería Administración de Recursos Humanos Administración de Empresas o carreras a fin.
Conocimiento en power bi
Conocimientos básicos en Recursos Humanos.
Manejo de herramientas de Office (Excel PowerPoint Word).
Capacidad para trabajar en piso de producción gusto por el trabajo en equipo y sentido humano.
Inglés intermedio - Conversacional (deseable).
Organización y atención al detalle
Comunicación efectiva
