Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons aligned with the Central Board of Secondary Education primary curriculum
Develop students number sense mathematical reasoning and problem-solving skills
Use activity-based hands-on and experiential learning strategies to teach mathematical concepts
Design and implement formative and summative assessments as per board guidelines
Create a safe inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
Use teaching aids manipulatives and visual resources to support conceptual understanding
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students
Collaborate with grade-level teams and academic coordinators
Maintain accurate lesson plans assessments and student records
Communicate effectively with parents and the school community regarding student progress
Uphold child safeguarding academic integrity and professional ethics

Minimum five years of total teaching experience compulsory
Minimum two years of experience teaching Mathematics at the primary level in a Central Board of Secondary Education or equivalent school preferred

Bachelor of Education degree mandatory
Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Mathematics Education or a related discipline
