Position Title: Med-Tele Neuro RN

Location: Tallahassee Florida

Shifts Available:

• Days (Rotating Weekends): 7a-7p

• Nights (Rotating Weekends): 7p-7a

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Medical-Surgical/Telemetry RN to join our team. The RN will provide care and treatment to adult patients with neurological and medical-surgical conditions in a patient-centered care model. This role requires independent clinical assessments and management of patient care while collaborating within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patients health or situation.

• Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team.

• Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues.

• Identify expected outcomes and develop individualized care plans.

• Act as a patient safety advocate.

• Ensure effective use of time supplies and equipment.

• Educate patients and families regarding medications procedures and treatments providing support throughout the patient stay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience.

• Active Florida RN license or approved multistate/compact RN license.

• BLS certification required.

• ACLS certification preferred.

• BSN preferred.
