Job Title: Warehouse and Dismantling Supervisor Location: Chicago IL

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse and Dismantling Supervisor to oversee operations in our Chicago facility. The ideal candidate will ensure safety efficiency and productivity in both warehouse and dismantling processes demonstrating strong leadership and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise Operations: Oversee daily activities including receiving storing and shipping products while ensuring safety and quality compliance.

Manage Dismantling: Coordinate dismantling operations to ensure safety and efficiency in equipment and material handling.

Team Leadership: Train and mentor staff fostering a positive and accountable work environment.

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular audits.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to boost productivity and reduce costs.

Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and conduct regular training sessions.

Reporting: Prepare reports on performance metrics for management review.
