The Mt. Pleasant Power2 position offers the opportunity to learn all facets of the Hitachi Energy Power Grid High Voltage (PGHV) business through rotating hands-on experience in project and cost management field and floor supervision marketing sales procurement supply chain and safety over a two-year this role MP-JRPs will be exposed to all aspects of the PGHV process through rotating assignments in a series of progressively more responsible positions. Mentoring and practical experience combine to develop PGHV management skills in an area of specialization. Upon program completion participants may become Procurement Marketing & Sales Assistant Project Managers Distribution Supply Chain or Manufacturing Supervisor etc.

Responsibilities:

• Product Rotation (DTB/PASS or PQP/SA or GIS or Ins. Transformer) Take direction from and support the Project Manager and on assigned project tasks.

• Demand/Supply Marketing or Marketing/Sales Rotation. Take direction from and support senior team members on duties as assigned.

• General Rotation (Quality or HSE or Human Resources or Finance) - take direction from and support senior team members on duties as assigned.

• Field Service or Supply Chain Rotation. Take direction from and support senior team members on duties as assigned.

Qualification:

• BA/BS/MA/MS in Business Administration; Psychology; Communications; Marketing; Education; Computer Science; Finance; Economics; General Engineering or related discipline

• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.

• Ability to understand and follow directions.

• Good time management and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Team Word Outlook and Excel required.
