Role Summary
As an Express Lane Technician you will perform routine maintenance and inspections while delivering a positive customer experience. This position is a key entry point into our service department and offers advancement opportunities for technicians who demonstrate reliability efficiency and quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
Perform oil changes tire rotations and basic maintenance services
Complete multi-point vehicle inspections accurately and efficiently
Identify and communicate maintenance or repair needs to advisors
Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
Follow manufacturer and dealership procedures
Work efficiently to meet service time standards
Qualifications & Experience
Previous automotive or lube technician experience preferred (not required)
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic punctuality and attention to detail
Valid drivers license
