Overview:
Senior Customer Development Advisor
Responsible for overseeing and maximizing customer lifetime value through the creation of marketing strategies and the execution of campaigns that generate new revenue and enhance existing revenue streams in alignment with the company strategic plan.
- Must have a strong understanding of population and market segmentation predictive modeling forecasting scenario planning and works with cross-functional teams to prioritize requirements and create process flows.
- Develops predictive models to provide population-level campaign forecasting and media mix lead generation and customer acquisition customer fulfillment and retention and tracks campaign performance.
- Aligns with the customer must be able to quickly respond to customer and market changes and adapt to the evolving needs of the organization.
- Partners with the regions in the development of population-based customer development and marketing strategies to achieve market goals in support of the Sentara strategic plan.
- Creates a team environment that encourages cooperation collective problem-solving and participative decision-making.
This position is a full time Hybrid working schedule at 1300 Sentara Park near Regent University
Three days required in office two days work from home
Education
- Bachelors level degree Required
- Masters degree preferred ( Marketing or Business Administration with 8-10 years of experience in strategic marketing planning and execution
Certification/Licensure
- No specific certification or licensure requirements
Experience
- Strong proficiency analyzing business processes and translating them into effective CRM solutions.
- Demonstrated ability in working with CRM platforms and related technology.
- Experience in successfully developing and implementing strategic marketing plans market analysis financial analysis budget planning across multiple business units.
- Experience in high technology marketing and digital marketing is required.
- Familiar with relational database concepts and SQL.
- Experience implementing CRM applications.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills are required.
- Solid knowledge of healthcare industry is desired.
- Must be willing to travel
