We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Software Super User to join our dynamic this
pivotal role you will serve as the primary point of contact for software-related queries and issues
ensuring that users are fully equipped to utilise the software effectively. Your expertise will not only
enhance user experience but also contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Responsibilities
Provide expert support and guidance to users on software functionalities and features.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate staff on best practices and new updates.
Troubleshoot software issues liaising with IT support when necessary to resolve technical problems.
Develop and maintain user documentation including manuals and FAQs to facilitate user
understanding.
Monitor software performance and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement software updates and enhancements.
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees ensuring they are proficient in using the software
tools available.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Software Super User or in a similar role within a technical environment.
Strong understanding of software applications with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with an aptitude for explaining complex
concepts clearly.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Experience in conducting training sessions or workshops is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity tools is essential.
A background in IT or related fields would be advantageous but not mandatory.
