Job Summary

RPA Solutions Architect Lead

OM Group Inc. is hiring an RPA Solutions Architect Lead in a senior technical leadership role responsible for designing delivering and scaling robotic process automation solutions in support of federal customers. We are hiring a technical authority for initial program execution who will play a key role in shaping long term solution direction delivery standards and customer trust. The role is ideal for an experienced architect who is hands on delivery focused and capable of growing into broader technical and program oversight responsibilities as the work expands. This is an excellent opportunity with a clear advancement path based on performance delivery success and program growth. As work expands the position will grow to include broader technical leadership customer relationship management and oversight responsibilities while remaining closely aligned with delivery and solution quality.

Responsibilities

Serve as the lead RPA Solutions Architect accountable for solution design technical direction and delivery outcomes
Design and oversee UiPath based automation solutions that are secure scalable and maintainable in enterprise and government environments
Provide technical leadership across development teams including mentoring design reviews and hands on guidance as needed
Establish or contribute to an RPA Center of Excellence including governance models standards best practices and reusable components
Engage directly with customer stakeholders as a trusted technical advisor supporting solution decisions and long term automation strategy
Collaborate with internal leadership on solution roadmaps technical risk management and program growth planning
Maintain close involvement in delivery while gradually assuming broader oversight of solution quality customer satisfaction and overall program health

Requirements

Seven years experience
Five years of hands on RPA experience including UiPath implementation in production environments
Five years expereince in a senior or leadership role
Demonstrated experience serving as a Solutions Architect or technical lead for RPA initiatives
Strong background in designing and delivering enterprise scale automation solutions
UiPath certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage directly with government customers
Experience working in federal or DoD environments
Secret Security Clearance
Experience establishing or supporting an RPA Center of Excellence
Prior Navy or broader DoD program experience
Experience expanding technical leadership scope across multiple workstreams or evolving into program level technical oversight roles
Demonstrated strong technical judgment excellent client facing skills and the ability to lead by example while remaining closely connected to solution delivery.
Proximity to and ability to work onsite in San Diego CA
Contingent upon award
Compensation will be determined based on several factors including relevant experience education skills certifications and market conditions with an expected range of $140000 to $180000
