JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Manager Property Marketing Support leads the day-to-day execution of processes procedures standards and practices that enable and support the marketing-related strategies implemented on the US Property Management divisions third-party managed properties. The position is responsible for ensuring the completion of marketing-related activities contained in the Notice of Management (NOM) for newly acquired/managed properties including placing orders for and implementing marketing products such as domain management listings compliance products and marketing store accounts. The position is also responsible for ensuring completion of all marketing-based activities required for the Notice of Termination (NOT) process including cancelling products social accounts and domain transfers. The Manager Property Marketing Support maintains and manages relationships with contracted and preferred marketing suppliers as well as team members who oversee the maintenance and operation of Salesforce and other systems and platforms used for executing the NOM and NOT process and manages the Marketing Help Desk to drive high customer service and ensure prompt and effective resolution of help desk tickets.JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Lead the execution of processes procedures practices and services to enable and support marketing strategies that are implemented on the US Property Management divisions managed properties and coordinate with real estate operations leaders local and regional marketing teams and external marketing vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and effective completion of marketing-related activities for the onboarding and off-boarding of properties.
2. Manage and ensure compliance with established procedures and processes for effectively executing the Notice of Management (NOM) and Notice of Termination (NOT) marketing activities for onboarding and off-boarding managed properties including ensuring visual media asset transfer and processing setting up cancelling or transferring social account(s) and ordering and installing or cancelling and removing marketing products such as domain management listings compliance products marketing store and other marketing products and services.
3. Direct the teams day-to-day operation of the Marketing Help Desk by communicating and monitoring standards related to the timely response and resolution of help desk tickets directing property audits for data integrity and accurate product orders and installations and assisting property team members local and Regional marketing team members and vendors and suppliers by creating and providing support documents education and training.
4. Oversee the use of the Companys systems tools and platforms such as Salesforce related to managing the onboarding and off-boarding of managed assets provide input to establish standards and key performance indicators to measure and evaluate their effectiveness monitor track and report issues or system problems to the appropriate function leaders and provide feedback and suggestions for streamlining workflows or improving and enhancing efficiencies and system effectiveness.
5. Work with regional marketing teams real estate operations leaders and other functional teams to design plan and deliver educational and training sessions to enable team members to effectively access and use key marketing systems and platforms including Salesforce provide job aids guidelines and other reference materials to support the optimization of marketing-related programs and products and assist in organizing and providing additional support as needed in cases of emergencies and natural disasters.
6. Assist in efforts to achieve the functions revenue and expense targets by accessing and reviewing financial and operational reports and identifying opportunities and making recommendations for changes to marketing products services or strategies that increase revenue and/or reduce costs.
7. Manage compliance with marketing-related legal and regulatory standards governing the onboarding and off-boarding of managed properties and maintain ongoing communications with Marketing Legal and Regulatory Compliance real estate operations leaders and the Legal Services function to stay informed of changes or emerging trends that may impact the business group.
8. Recruit interview hire develop and manage team members by following and complying with the Companys human resource policies processes and practices and by demonstrating effective leadership behaviors that align with the Greystar values and philosophies around People and that foster and promote a positive productive and engaging work environment.
9. Seek and use feedback to create and implement changes to processes practices standards and marketing services to improve the property support experience and to drive greater efficiency effectiveness and operational excellence within the business group and personally step in as needed to resolve escalated problems issues or unique customer requests.

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements prior experience current skills and geographical location.
Corporate Positions:Inaddition to the base salary this role may be eligible to participateina quarterly or annual bonus program based onindividual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions:Inaddition to the base salary this role may be eligible to participatein weekly monthly and/or quarterly bonus programs.
