Job Overview

Navitas Partners LLC is seeking an experienced SaaS Platform Administrator to support the development administration configuration and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. This role will play a key part in supporting IT service management processes and driving continuous improvement across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Administer configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform
Support core modules including Incident Problem Change CMDB Discovery Asset Management Service Catalog Knowledge Service Portal and Performance Analytics
Gather requirements and perform design configuration integration testing and deployment
Develop and enhance workflows reports dashboards and automation
Create and maintain technical process and knowledge documentation
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve platform functionality and user experience
Stay current with new ServiceNow features and best practices

Required Qualifications

5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in Agile environments
