The PCB Technician is responsible for assembling soldering inspecting testing and reworking printed circuit boards (PCBs) to meet quality and performance standards. This role requires strong hands-on soldering skills attention to detail and the ability to read technical documentation.

Responsibilities:

Perform hand soldering
Assemble PCBs according to schematics assembly drawings and bills of materials (BOMs)
Inspect solder joints and components using microscopes and visual inspection tools
Troubleshoot repair and rework defective PCB assemblies
Operate soldering irons hot air rework stations and other electronic assembly tools
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve assembly issues

Requirements:

2 years hands-on PCB experience
Soldering experience

$60000 - $70000 a year
