Job Summary
Role:Device Refresh Tech
Location: Orange County CA - Onsite/in-person
Duration: Contract
Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist with Device and equipment setups
- Unboxing laptops/ Monitors
- Troubleshoot and install hardware/software
- Connecting VDIs talking stations
Requirements
- Bachelors/associate degree in computerscience/IT/Information systems educational background/equivalent industry experience
- Open to entry level computerscience graduates
- 01-yearexperience with IT setup desktop setups
- Adept with computer installations operating systems Windows 10 hardware support and maintenance
- Provide technical support to end users
- Self-starter with strong customer service critical thinking communication and collaboration skills
