Under the guidance of the Director of Pharmacy and licensed pharmacists our Certified Pharmacy Technicians play a vital role in ensuring safe accurate and timely medication services for patients.
What Youll Do:
Assist pharmacists with prescription preparation and medication dispensing
Collect input and verify prescription refill and patient data
Prepare labels and routine prepacked medications
Receive stock and organize pharmaceutical supplies
Perform essential clerical support to keep operations running smoothly
Additional Job Description
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED required
Experience: 1 year of pharmacy technician experience or enrollment in an accredited Pharmacy Technician program preferred
Licensure: Must be registered as a Pharmacy Technician in South Carolina or obtain registration within 6 months of hire
