Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Command Platoon as per Units objectives and mission
- Lead mentor and develop OCdts within Pl including the empowerment and supervision of JUOs.
- Facilitate good working relationships through understanding
people and effective social skills to support collaboration. - Provide advice and support to OCdts looking to conduct further military service in either the Regular or Reserve Force.
- Identify and demonstrate personal and professional development opportunities for self and others.
- Support the units annual Recruitment process with the intent to Attract a broad and diverse cohort of quality students.
- Lead or support tasks as directed by the OC in support of Coy and UOTC core business.
