Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BI Developer/Analyst to join our this role you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in BI tools a solid understanding of data analysis and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain BI dashboards reports and visualizations using tools such as Power BI Tableau or similar platforms.
- Create and optimize data models to support reporting and analytics needs.
- Develop and maintain ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes to ensure accurate and timely data integration from various sources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends patterns and opportunities for business growth.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
- Ensure data accuracy consistency and integrity across all reporting and analytics solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT finance marketing and operations to support their data needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert for BI and analytics within the organization.
- Identify opportunities to improve data processes reporting efficiency and overall BI solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest BI tools technologies and industry trends.
- Implement best practices for data governance security and compliance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Data Analytics or a related field (required). Za mě bachelor není nutný ne
- Advanced certifications in BI tools or data analytics (preferred).
- Proven experience as a BI Developer Analyst or similar role.
- Strong expertise in BI tools such as Power BI Tableau QlikView or similar platforms.
- Experience with SQL data modeling and database management systems (e.g. SQL Server Oracle MySQL).
- Familiarity with ETL processes and tools (e.g. SSIS Informatica Alteryx).
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and working with large datasets.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. Azure AWS Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Strong business acumen to understand and address organizational needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on emerging BI technologies and methodologies.
