EC Coordinator/Teacher

Reaching All Minds Academy 2703 Holloway Street Durham NC 27703

An ECCoordinator/Teacher assists in the development of annual objectives for the school and plans an instructionalprogram which incorporates learner objectives compatible with the subject grade level establishedcurriculum and student needs assessing and updating instructional programs. An EC Coordinator/Teacheralso ensures that the instruction materials and procedures are appropriate for the subject being taught and forthe needs of the students encourages students parents and others to become actively involved in dailyinstructional activities assesses individual student abilities to devise techniques that will accommodatestudent difference in rates of learning styles of learning and ability levels monitors individual student
achievement on a continuous basis and provides remediation as required and uses professional classroommanagement techniques to maintain a suitable instructional environment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Bachelors Degree or Higher or Foreign Equivalent in Education or a related field and possession of a validNC teaching license and an EC certification.
