Working Student – KYC

We are looking for a student / intern to administratively support our Belgian KYC team as part of the Legal Risk & Compliance team.

Your tasks:

You will provide administrative support to our Legal Risk & Compliance team:

• Support KYC team on client onboarding;
• Follow up and sending reminding e-mails to internal contacts to complete client identification;
• Checking/updating clients status in the onboarding system/tools;
• Work in close collaboration with the Belgian and firmwide KYC team.

Your profile:

• You already have or will obtain a Bachelor degree. Relevant studies (business administration legal practice office management law management assistant etc.) are considered a plus.
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English combined with an advanced level in French or Dutch.
• You are available to support us 3 days per week.
• An interest in KYC/AML.
• You are curious have strong synthesis skills communicate in a structured and convincing way and you are able to work in a proactive manner.
• You are stress resistant have high ethical standard you are a dynamic team player and you have a positive attitude combined with a customer-focused and service-minded approach.
