Job Summary

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill Software Engineer position! This is a 12 month contract opportunity and will be hybrid in Wilmington DE. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.

What Youll Be Doing:

Design code test and support applications as part of the Structured Finance Document Custody team.
Perform systems analysis and development from basic to complex.
Produce unit tests and ensure 100% unit test coverage.
Participate in full systems development lifecycle from technical analysis to user acceptance testing.
Understand complex interrelationships between systems platforms and applications.
Collaborate across development operations and other technical teams.
Support onboarding and development tasks for junior resources.
Challenge the status quo and recommend improvements.
Support and integrate 3rd party applications.
Follow development standards and ensure application efficiency.
Work within risk and regulatory policies.

What Youll Need to Have:

Experience with:
C# .Net Core
REST/SOAP web services
.Net and Angular front-end solutions
Microsoft Visual Studio and SQL Server
Microsoft Azure and Gitlab CI/CD
Git or similar version control tools
SQL and MVC
5 years of systems analysis/application development
Experience in API design security automated testing or continuous integration/delivery.
Experience with OCR technologies and PDF processing.
Familiarity with Agile methodology.
Full stack development including testing own deliverables.
Integration and support of third-party applications.
Strong communication problem-solving and time management skills.
Experience coordinating between application teams and business users.
Background in financial services preferred.
Proficient in object-oriented programming (OOP) and SDLC
