Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Caregiver to provide high-quality personalized care to clients in Canton MI. This role focuses on assisting individuals with daily living activities to promote their independence comfort and well-being in their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing grooming dressing and toileting.
- Help with mobility and transferring to prevent injury.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to clients dietary needs.
- Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry and cleaning.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients health or behavior to healthcare professionals or family members.
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from clients homes in Canton MI.
- Background check may is required.
- Compassionate patient and trustworthy demeanor.
