Job Description:
This position is responsible for leading the execution of the Retail Plan for the area including both distribution and merchandising at retail & wholesale level. Responsible for people development coaching and performance management this role will ensure compliance and delivery of coverage allocation and plans to meet and or exceed retail objectives at the point of sale.

What will be your key responsibilities
1带领团队负责山东特殊渠道的客户开发和管理工作协调及跟进各个城市群特渠目标分配及达成
2管理区域内特渠重点客户包括油站喜礼政企团购封闭渠道等同步协调区域执行团队在门店的优异执行定期生意回顾和分享
3跨部门协作协调和指导相关城市群同事推进特殊渠道业务运行
4根据总部和大区的特殊渠道制度政策流程和规范制定全省特殊渠道执行方案并推动新渠道目标达成
5制定特渠开发及推动计划找到新的增长点
6制定特渠预算及资源分配完成业务增长目标
