As a premier sports and fitness center in Bee Cave were seeking a friendly customer-focused team member to join us as a part-time Guest Services Coordinator role. If youre passionate about sports and fitness and enjoy connecting with people this could be the perfect fit for you! Retail or customer service experience is a plus but a positive attitude and strong people skills are a must.

Requirements

What Youll Do:

Deliver a welcoming professional experience for members guests and visitors
Provide accurate information about programs schedules and facility operations
Monitor visitor access and maintain awareness of facility security
Answer phones respond to inquiries and route calls or messages as needed
Assist with daily facility tasks including cleaning laundry opening/closing duties and shift checklists
Support event and program setup and breakdown
Receive and organize mail and deliveries
Collaborate with team to support overall facility needs

What Makes You a Great Fit:

Availability to work weekday shifts from 8 am 3 pm
At least 6 months of experience in a reception retail or customer service role
Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems
Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software
A friendly attentive and professional demeanor
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
