The Parts Picker is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing automotive parts for Service Technicians retail customers and wholesale orders. This role ensures efficiency in the Parts Department by organizing inventory pulling requested parts quickly and maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately locate and retrieve parts from inventory based on Service Technician and customer requests.
- Verify part numbers and quantities to ensure accuracy before distribution.
- Assist with stocking shelves and organizing inventory for easy access.
- Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies to the Parts Manager.
- Assist in conducting cycle counts and full inventory audits.
- Keep the Parts Department clean and organized.
- Work closely with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure timely part delivery.
- Follow all dealership safety procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in an automotive parts department or warehouse is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Must be able to climb stairs often during the course of the shift.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
