Job Summary
Job Description
Our client is looking to hire a Polish Speaking Media Buyer to join their growing performance marketing function. This role sits within a fast paced commercial environment and focuses on sourcing negotiating and scaling media partnerships that drive profitable traffic across regulated digital markets.
You will work closely with internal performance analytics and compliance teams while owning external relationships with publishers and media partners across the Polish market.
Location: Hybrid Gzira
Responsibilities:
As a Polish Media Buyer your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Identify source and evaluate new media buying opportunities across web app and emerging digital channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers affiliates and media partners
Negotiate placements pricing models and commercial terms to maximise ROI
Monitor campaign performance and optimise media spend based on data driven insights
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with commercial and regulatory requirements
Continuously test new traffic sources and formats to support scalable growth
Stay up to date with market trends competitor activity and media buying innovations
Requirements:
Previous experience in media buying digital advertising performance marketing or a commercial/sales role
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
Comfortable working with performance metrics and analysing campaign data
Commercial mindset with a proactive and results driven approach
Fluency in Polish and English is essential
Experience within regulated industries or iGaming is considered a strong advantage but not mandatory
