ING is seeking a highly skilled and professional Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Executive Board Member. This pivotal role requires exceptional organizational capabilities discretion and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced complex environment. You will act as a trusted partner to the CFO ensuring seamless coordination of priorities and enabling focus on strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage and prioritize the CFOs agenda ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and efficient time allocation.
- Organise and maintain confidential files documents and databases ensuring accessibility and security.
- Oversee administrative processes including onboarding/offboarding expense management and approvals in relevant systems.
- Arrange domestic and international travel accommodation and itineraries with precision and confidentiality.
- Prepare agendas distribute documentation and coordinate logistics for high-level meetings and departmental events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Liaise with IT facilities and HR support teams to maintain smooth office operations and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide ad hoc support as required for unforeseen tasks outside the normal scope.
- Address and resolve issues effectively exercising sound judgement and discretion in decision making.

Furthermore you have:
- Proven experience (5 years) as an executive or personal assistant supporting senior leadership in a large complex organization.
- Strong organizational awareness and ability to navigate ING processes and systems (e.g. Workday Aveksa).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Excellent command of Dutch and English both written and spoken.
- High attention to detail structured approach and exceptional follow-through.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills with cultural sensitivity to thrive in a diverse environment.
- Proactive resourceful and solution-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.
