ETF Product Development Summer Internship Early Careers Overview

Ready to make your mark in the world of asset management Spend an unforgettable summer at Invesco alongside a select group of driven students. Our 10-week Summer Internship Program kicking off in June 2026 offers you the opportunity to delve into the dynamic world of client services within a global investment firm. Youll learn from seasoned professionals gain hands-on experience and build connections that will last a lifetime.

As part of our Summer Internship Program cohort youll participate in orientation networking events development workshops and volunteer activities. Youll work side by side with talented teams to learn about the business and contribute to meaningful initiatives.

As an ETF Product Development Intern youll play an active role in driving the growth of Invescos ETF business. Youll work closely with the ETF Product Strategy & Research teams applying your analytical skills to tackle real-world challenges and advance key strategic priorities for ETFs and other innovative investment products.

What youll do

• Research & Analysis: Help create and update product and market outlook materials by conducting research and analysis.

• Competitive Insights: Support product development by analyzing the ETF competitive landscape and identifying trends.

• Sales Support: Work with Product Strategists to provide analytical insights that respond to internal sales inquiries.

• Reporting & Trend Analysis: Run internal reports spot key trends and summarize findings for senior leaders.

• Collaboration with Index Providers: Coordinate data analysis to support new product ideas and innovation.

• Project Variety: Contribute to ad hoc projects and assist with U.S. ETF product launches and updates.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currentlyenrolled in a bachelors degree program andbea rising Juniorgraduatingby summer of 2027

• MinimumGPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale

• Proficiency in Excel (e.g. pivot tables advanced functions) and PowerPoint

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving

• Genuine interest in financial markets asset management and ETFs

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational abilities leadership qualities and interpersonal skills

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment

• Highly self-motivated proactive and goal-oriented

• Mustbe able to work in one of Invescos offices where the program is available

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with programming languages such as R Python or VBA is a plus

• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau

• Understanding of AI applications (e.g. chatbots predictive analytics)

Compensation for this position is $35/hour.
