Role and Responsibilities:

Identify prospective customers and drive lead generation and conversion efforts.
Engage new and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively communicate value and capabilities.
Highlight key product features and demonstrate how they address customer challenges.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide clear accurate product information.
Negotiate pricing terms and agreements to support successful sales results.
Collaborate with colleagues across various departments to support customer needs and business goals.
Maintain organized contact lists and conduct regular followups to strengthen customer relationships.
Review customer credit status and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
Complete administrative tasks with accuracy and within required deadlines.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
2 years of industryrelated sales experience within the distribution or supplier community.
Minimum age of 21.
Reliable personal transportation a valid drivers license and current insurance.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven negotiation abilities conflictresolution skills and strong social awareness.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Microsoft Teams and email communication tools.
Goaldriven focused and capable of excelling with minimal supervision.
Selfmotivated with a competitive mindset and commitment to maintaining an edge in the marketplace.
Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
