Are you motivated people-oriented and eager to learn a proven sales process Burlington Volkswagen a leading automotive dealership in the tri-state area is looking for a trainable and driven Automotive Salesperson to join our growing team. No prior automotive experience is required - were looking for the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
If you enjoy working with people setting goals and developing new skills in a fast-paced environment well provide the training and support you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and follow a structured sales process to assist customers in finding the right vehicle.
Greet customers and ask the right questions to understand their needs lifestyle and budget.
Present new and pre-owned vehicles clearly and confidently including features benefits and pricing.
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance with guidance and coaching.
Support customers through each step of the purchase process from first contact to delivery.
Build long-term customer relationships through follow-up and excellent service.
Work toward individual and team sales goals with the support of management and training staff.
Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training.
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude in a team-focused environment.
Qualifications:
Sales experience is a plus but not required - we will train the right candidate.
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Coachable mindset and openness to feedback.
Self-motivated goal-oriented and reliable.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
