Job Summary

Position: Senior Growth Marketing Manager (LATAM Preferred)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday MST

Salary Range: 2500-4500 USD depending on experience

Were hiring a senior growth marketer who can own paid media execution budget allocation and the systems that connect performance to business outcomes.

This is not a test ideas and see what sticks role.

Your job is to run paid growth within those constraints continuously improve the systems behind it and remove the founder as the approval bottleneck.

You will work in close partnership with our Senior Account Lead / Growth Partner who owns client-facing growth strategy and prioritization. This role is internal-facing and execution-driven.

Decision Context & Collaboration

You will own paid media execution budget allocation and growth systems in partnership with our Senior Account Lead / Growth Partner who owns client-facing growth strategy and prioritization.

You are empowered to make day-to-day and week-to-week paid media decisions independently while aligning on higher-level priorities tradeoffs and directional shifts.

This is not a client-facing role but your work directly shapes client outcomes and communication.

What Youll Own

1. Paid Media Execution & Budgeting Tied to Business Economics

  • Make daily and weekly budget decisions based on performance and unit economics
  • Allocate spend using defined growth frameworks not gut feel
  • Understand how paid media impacts CAC LTV margin and scaling capacity
  • Balance efficiency vs. growth intentionally not reactively
  • Own pacing in fluid budget environments
  • Align budget decisions with client-facing priorities set by the Senior Account Lead

You are not optimizing for platform metrics in isolation you are optimizing for the business.

2. Hands-On Paid Media Execution (When Needed)

  • Launch optimize and manage campaigns in Meta and Google Ads
  • Step into accounts directly when senior-level execution is required
  • Troubleshoot structural tracking or performance issues
  • QA and correct work from junior media buyers

You must be fully capable in-platform this is not a strategy-only role.

3. Reporting Analysis & Insight Ownership

  • Own paid media reporting across accounts and platforms
  • Improve existing reporting systems to make them more actionable and clear
  • Ensure reporting ties performance to business outcomes not just ad metrics
  • Decide what to delegate vs. what you personally own
  • Surface insights risks and opportunities proactively

This role is highly spreadsheet-oriented. You should enjoy working in Google Sheets budget trackers and performance models.

4. SOPs Frameworks & Best Practices

  • Own all paid media SOPs documentation and playbooks
  • Turn strategy and decision logic into repeatable processes
  • Continuously refine frameworks as platforms data and strategy evolve
  • Ensure consistency in how paid media is run across the team
  • Document not just what we do but why we do it

This role requires systems thinking and strong written communication.

5. Team Collaboration & Delegation

  • Work closely with:
    • Junior Media Buyers (execution & support)
    • Creative Strategist (creative testing kill/scale decisions)
  • Delegate reporting or execution tasks appropriately
  • Set priorities and QA outputs
  • Raise the overall quality of paid media operations

You are a player-coach not a task manager.

6. Internal Stakeholder Support

  • Prepare clear performance insights risks and recommendations for the Senior Account Lead and Customer Success team
  • Support internal strategy discussions with data-backed analysis
  • Ensure decision-making is well-documented and explainable

What Were Looking For

Required Experience

  • 46 years in paid media or performance marketing
  • Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Experience managing and allocating meaningful budgets
  • Comfort operating in spreadsheet-heavy environments
  • Experience working with US-based brands
