You will lead the end-to-end strategy and delivery of next-generation payout and funding products. By guiding cross-functional teams across engineering treasury and finance you will build scalable compliant multi-rail payment solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping global infrastructure to enable instant cost-efficient digital payouts across new markets and use cases.

What you will do:

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for payout infrastructure ensuring solutions are scalable compliant and globally efficient.
Lead cross-functional collaboration between Product Engineering and Treasury to solve complex financial systems problems.
Define the long-term payments strategy while coaching other Product Managers to drive continuous product optimization.

The ideal candidate:

Extensive experience in payments payout infrastructure or financial technology within high-growth or scaling environments.
Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving technical regulatory and financial considerations.
Exceptional communicator who thrives in ambiguity and balances strategic long-term vision with hands-on technical execution.
