Job Summary
Self-Direction DSP - Cicero Area (Job #RD-FC)
ARISE/EFR is seeking a Direct Support Professional to work in the Cicero area with a young man who requires assistance. The individual is looking for a dedicated staff to provide him with support and assist him with maintaining his independence both at home and in community settings. Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting with social skills safety concerns exercise and general independence.
We are looking for individuals who are reliable patient and enthusiastic. Prior experience a plus. Reliable transportation and a HS diploma/GED are required. Background check fingerprinting and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hire by the non-profit agency.
Work hours available include afterschool evenings weekends and school breaks. Flexibility to fill in for other staff a plus. The pay rate is $22 per hour with potential for a higher pay rate for the right candidate. ARISE/EFR is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
