  1. JOB PURPOSE

Carrying out maintenance repair troubleshooting and inspection work primarily for the AGL CATEGORY I/II/III system along with the knowledge on the Airfield Control System Flood Lighting Electrical panel wiring Lighting Understanding electrical drawing & circuits Hand on experience on working on AGL systems and circuits UPS Systems etc.

Major Activities

Effective Maintenance planning and ensure timely Completion

  • Ensure that suitable Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Plans are carried out for all Aeronautical ground lighting Systems airside buildings security gates mobile DG sets.
  • Ensure that the report is fully documented and uploaded into SAP after completion of work.
  • Schedules and prioritizes work assigned.
  • To take care of emergency breakdowns like ALCS runway lighting etc.
  • Carry out the assigned work with assurance of work quality and timely completion.
  • To ensure serviceability of airfield electrical system& mobile Equipments.
  • Fault finding and defect rectification of all installations within the time frame
  • To ensure proper segregation of hazardous waste and non-hazardous waste

Effective usage of Tools and tackles

  • To carry out preventive and corrective maintenance by using appropriate tools and tackles.
  • Timely review on tools and tackles.

Spare management.

  • Ensures physical availability of spares and proper storage
  • Basic knowledge of usage of spares
  • Timely review of spares requirements

  • knowledge of relevant software tools such as Microsoft office
  • Valid driver license (LMV)
