Job Summary

This is a Cactus Companies position and is located in Houston TX.

JOB SUMMARY: The Contingent Workforce Administrator is responsible for the administrationcoordination and ongoing management of the contingent and profile worker workforce supporting theJV (SPC). This role serves as the central point of coordination for contingent worker tracking contractrenewals system entry approvals and cross-functional communication with HR RecruitingOnboarding IT Legal and external suppliers.

The position ensures accurate workforce data timely contract management compliance with internalprocesses and effective communication with hiring managers and external partners. This role plays acritical part in maintaining visibility compliance and operational continuity across the contingentworkforce population.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential duties and responsibilities include thefollowing.

Contingent Workforce Administration

  • Track all contingent workers (CW) and profile workers (PFW) including contract start dates enddates renewals extensions and terminations.
  • Maintain accurate records of contingent worker populations supporting the JV (SPC) includingactive pending and upcoming contract changes.
  • Monitor and manage contract renewal timelines to ensure continuity of service and avoid lapsesin coverage or system access.

Approvals & Headcount Coordination

  • Coordinate and track approvals for all new contingent worker requests and additionalheadcount requests in accordance with internal approval processes.
  • Partner with HR leadership or designated approvers to obtain required approvals and routeapproved requests to appropriate administrators or teams.
  • Ensure contingent workforce usage aligns with approved headcount and contractualarrangements.

HRBP & Hiring Manager Partnership

  • Partner and collaborate with HR Business Partners at SPC international sites regarding allcontingent and profile worker matters.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for hiring managers providing updates on contractor statusonboarding progress renewals and offboarding as needed.
  • Proactively communicate contingent workforce changes risks or timing considerations torelevant stakeholders.

HRIS & System Administration

  • Enter and maintain contingent worker (CW) and profile worker (PFW) records in UKG ensuringdata accuracy and completeness.
  • Update worker status changes contract dates and assignments in HR systems in a timelymanner.
  • Support audits and reporting by ensuring HRIS records accurately reflect the contingentworkforce population.

IT & Access Coordination

  • Initiate IT tickets for all contingent and profile workers to support system access equipmentrequests and onboarding needs.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers regarding access requirements and direct them to work withBaker IT for Baker-specific system access where applicable.
  • Support timely access provisioning and deactivation aligned with contract start and end dates.

Supplier Legal & Agreement Support

  • Work closely with Legal Talent & Acquisition (T&A) and Onboarding teams on new or amendedagreements with contingent workforce suppliers.
  • Support documentation tracking and administrative coordination for supplier agreementsrelated to the contingent workforce.
  • Ensure proper alignment between approved agreements and contingent worker onboarding andsystem access.

External Vendor Coordination

  • Serve as a primary point of coordination with an MSP regarding contingent workforce matters including onboarding status contract changes and workforce reporting.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with external vendors to support timely and compliantcontingent workforce management.

Compliance Reporting & Process Support

  • Maintain accurate contingent workforce data to support internal reporting audits andcompliance reviews.
  • Support continuous improvement of contingent workforce processes documentation andtracking tools.
  • Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with company policies JV requirements andapplicable regulations.

Other Duties

  • Perform additional administrative or project-based duties related to contingent workforcemanagement as assigned.
  • Provide cross-functional support to HR Recruiting and Onboarding teams as business needsrequire.

EDUCATION TRAINING EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or related field preferred (orequivalent experience).Rev.C
  • 35 years of experience in HR administration contingent workforce management recruitingcoordination or related roles preferred.
  • Experience supporting international or JV workforces is a plus.

JOB KNOWLEDGE SKILLS ABILITIES:

  • Experience supporting contingent workforce administration HR operations or workforcecoordination in a corporate or multinational environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contract timelines and data pointssimultaneously.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems (UKG preferred) and workforce tracking spreadsheets.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with HRBPs Recruiting Onboarding Legal IT and externalvendors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with sensitive workforce and contractual information with discretion.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Teams)
