Urgently Hiring Quality Assurance LPN or RN - Flagstaff AZ

Pay: $41$43/hr
Schedule: MonFri 8 hrs/day (Flexible: 7a3p 8a4p or 8a5p)
Occasional weekends may be required

Overview:
We are seeking a QALPN or RNto support quality assurance compliance staff education and infection control in a healthcare facility. This role works closely with leadership to ensure state federal and VA regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead quality assurance and QAPI (Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement)initiatives
Conduct audits data analysis and compliance reviews
Coordinate survey preparation and corrective action plans
Develop and deliver staff education and training programs
Monitor and track infections; conduct infection control rounds

Requirements:
Active Arizona LPN or RN license
Infection Preventionist Certification
DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card
Valid AZ Drivers License (in-state travel required)
