The Program Assistant provides assistance to a specific Corewell Health East program. This role requires excellent multitasking skills and the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced highvolume inpatient lab environment. Strong organization communication and the ability to balance multiple priorities are essential.
Responsible for opening of lab and complete all initial setup activities.
Maintain inventory levels and process supply orders.
Uphold and promote established hand hygiene standards.
Participate in BCA downtime drills and related preparedness activities.
Record and report daily patient volumes using Excel.
Support accreditation efforts through accurate data entry and documentation.
Submit and monitor service requests for biomedical equipment.
Perform data entry clerical and computer-based tasks to support daily operations.
Maintain departmental databases and ensure information accuracy.
File and copy paperwork charts and related documentation.
Prepare and complete routine operational reports.
Answer incoming calls and provide professional communication and assistance.
Conduct chart audits to support compliance and quality assurance.
Required
