Support culturally responsive health services by delivering high-quality consumer-focused administrative support within the Aboriginal Health Team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring clients staff and visitors experience professional respectful and efficient service while contributing to positive health outcomes for the community.
About the Role:
As the Business Support Officer Aboriginal Health you will provide confidential high-quality administrative support to clients staff and visitors within Riverland Community Health Service. You will contribute to a welcoming culturally safe environment and support the effective operation of the Aboriginal Health Team through strong customer service sound administration practices and collaborative teamwork.
You will be responsible for responding to enquiries managing correspondence and records supporting client activities and assisting with the coordination of referrals and programs. The role also supports the social and emotional needs of clients and contributes to the planning and delivery of community activities and events.
