About the Role:

We are looking for a full time reliable and skilled Field Serviceman to join our team at our Brisbane branch in Meadowbrook. The role involves working to a service schedule servicing our fleet of diesel-driven water pumps and generators. You will work closely with different teams within NPE including our service admin team so good communication is essential. A fully maintained service Ute provided to travel to and from site and mobile phone will be provided. You will also be entitled to a site allowance to increase your take home pay $$. While pump & generator experience is preferred it is not essential however diesel engine experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake service and maintain diesel-powered water pumps & generators in the field.

Perform routine checks and troubleshooting of pumps and diesel engines.

Ensure all equipment is functioning efficiently and safely.

Create an accurate record of each service that is carried out using the supplied phone and app.

Occasionally you will be expected to attend breakdowns and diagnose issues in the field.

Recording of servicing information and other documentation.

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

Relevant Trade Certificate Mechanical or Mechanical Fitting (or significant relevant work experience).

Proven experience with servicing maintaining and troubleshooting diesel engines.

Ability to work independently and in various outdoor environments.

Full drivers license.

White card.

Desirable:

Experience in the Rental Mining Construction or Heavy industries.
