About the Role:

This role offers an excellent opportunity for entry-level or junior supply chain professionalsto gain hands-on experience in demand planning and inventory control within a supportive and rapidly evolving environment.

The position is operational and detail-focused supporting the day-to-day running of MRP and inventory systems. You will work closely with experienced team members to maintain accurate data support planning processes and help ensure inventory flows smoothly across the business.

While the role is structured and task-driven it will also suit someone who is naturally curious enjoys working with data and is keen to contribute ideas to improve efficiency and processes over time.

This is a maternity leave cover position with an immediate start with potential for ongoing employmentfor the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with maintaining inventory and MRP data including lead times safety stock levels and MOQs
• Support the running of MRP and review outputs for accuracy
• Investigate and help correct data issues within the system
• Update planned order statuses for Supply Coordinators
• Review datasets to identify inconsistencies or missing information
• Support cycle count activities and assist with variance investigations
• Assist with slow-moving and excess stock reporting
• Verify dates across purchase work transfer and sales orders
• Work closely with supply inventory and finance teams

About You:

• Interested in building a career in demand planning supply chain or inventory control
• Enjoy structured operational work and working with data
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Curious mindset and comfortable investigating data issues
• Eager to learn and grow in a hands-on environment

Skills & Experience:

Essential:

• Some experience or exposure to supply planning materials planning inventory procurement or operational support
• Comfortable working with systems and data

Desirable (not essential):

• Experience with MRP systems
• Excel skills
• Netsuite experience
• Exposure to manufacturing or supply chain environments
