About the role
As our Administration Team Leader you will lead and coordinate administration services across geographically dispersed sites delivering Child Youth and Family this varied and busyroleyou will ensure each site is managed efficiently and effectively by regularly visiting your team interacting with the operational Managers and Team Leaders of ourservicesand ensuring a welcoming space for all clients.
Duties
Coordinate the delivery of administration services within your sites ensuring that services aretimely and effective
Manage a team of staff to ensure administration services are professional and effective across the area and/or program and internal customers receive the level of supportrequired
Provide support to administration team carry out tasks and relief when staff are on leave or during busy periods
Contribute to and drive projects across the sites programs ororganisationasrequired
Travel between sites to support the administration team and programson a daily basis

Skills and Experience
Previousexperience leading a small team of administration staff
Certificate III in business administration or secretarial certificate desirable
Demonstrated experience in a broad range of administrative procedures and systems
Ability to workbothindependently and as part of a team
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Well-developedtime management andorganisationalskills
Ability to use a range of software applications including Office OutlookTeamsand customer databases
