At our Lessines site were investing heavily in nextgeneration technologies and were looking for someone who can turn automation challenges into reliable scalable and futureproof solutions.

Mission

Lead industrial automation projects including robotics and advanced vision control from requirement definition to full operational deployment. Drive innovation to boost performance support new products and meet evolving technological and regulatory expectations.

What You Will Do

  • Manage automation projects endtoend: design validation (FAT IQ OQ) commissioning and documentation.
  • Prepare project documentation (URS FS DS etc.).
  • Lead procurement and installation of automation equipment ensuring alignment with budget and timelines.
  • Train impacted teams and maintain clear effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Prepare CAPEX files and monitor budget execution.
  • Guarantee full compliance with regulatory EHS and cGMP standards.
  • Coordinate schedules resources and deliverables across internal teams and external suppliers.

What You Will Bring

  • Masters degree in Automation Electromechanics Electrical/Electronic Engineering Industrial IT or equivalent.
  • 8 years of experience in automation project engineering within industrial environments (pharma food life sciences chemical).
  • A plus: experience with AIbased vision control packaging/material handling systems PLC/SCADA upgrades.
  • Strong project management competencies (certifications are a plus).
  • Proficiency with MS Project and similar tools.
  • Fluent English; intermediate French.
