Job Summary
EMIT Learning is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work on our school campus in Hampton NH for the current 2025-26 school Details
- Number of Positions: 4
- Location: Hampton NH
- Age Group: TBD
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: June 2026 (possible extension)
- Total Hours: 3035 hours per week (includes 30-minute unpaid lunch)
- Job Type: Full-time Contract
- Work Location: In person
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (mandatory)
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.
- Assist clients in developing essential skills through structured teaching and reinforcement strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress including medical records and behavioral data.
- Educate clients and their families on behavioral strategies and techniques to promote understanding and engagement.
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices is essential.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation standards is beneficial.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients families and team members.
